Schertech MES is fully integrable with all ERP systems – from SAP to Infor, Microsoft, and even custom-built solutions. Through standardized interfaces such as BAPI, OData, REST, or IDoc, we exchange production orders, feedback, material flows, and quality data directly with the ERP system. This close integration creates a seamless, consistent data foundation – from the shop floor to management.

To capture machine statuses, runtimes, faults, or piece counters, Schertech MES offers direct integration with machine signals (e.g., through Advantec modules). Piece counts and machine statuses are read, even without a PLC.

In addition to the interface with the ERP and machines, we offer the possibility to integrate other systems such as measuring machines or existing custom solutions. Our interface team is highly qualified for this task. This data can be integrated into the system and visualized.

Every project comes with its own requirements – whether it's displaying specific information or customizing screens at the workstation. We support you in configuring Schertech MES so that your employees can use it directly – often because they’ve helped design the solution themselves.

In the area of process data, it is essential to capture sensor data – such as temperatures, pressures, or other physical values. Schertech MES provides the appropriate data structure and system architecture to reliably capture, store, and visually display this data.

But it doesn’t stop at data collection: Schertech MES also acts as an active signal transmitter – for example, to control robot cells, conveyor systems, or interconnected production lines.

We recommend the appropriate hardware or provide it directly – from simple IoT modules to tablet PCs, mini-PCs with touchscreen, and even smart modules for capturing process data.

The hardware is installed by us on pilot machines, with your internal technical team trained accordingly. Upon request, we also take care of the full installation.
